We're organizing a Turnage Partiel on Sunday, July 26th at 2pm, which
is quite exceptional. The Direction, whom we sincerely thank, seeing the
difficulties encountered with the TG, has decided to make available to
us this year the accommodation which is usually reserved for visiting
professors and researchers. We have therefore obtained 12 additional
rooms in Montrouge,
1 studio in the Annexe and 3 F2 in Montrouge. We
will allocate the rooms in the order of the TG ranking according to the
usual procedure, but it is difficult for us to allocate the four
apartments without making another turnage. As we want to allocate them
as soon as possible,
we are organizing an exceptional TP on July 26th.
How will the TP take place?
This TP will be a little particular: there will be only 4 apartments, we
will do it "by hand" (for technical reasons), and we will form a priori
all pairs, since these apartments are particularly adapted to
accommodate two people. Apart from that, we will proceed as usual, in an
iterative way: if pairs having played at the TG want to register by
playing the same number or a larger number of jokers, they will be able
to do so. If any rooms are freed up in this way, they will immediately
be put into play in the TP and can be taken by the next ones.
The TP will be entirely dematerialized and will take place on
GoToMeeting and Merle. No Youtube Live this time.
Which appartments will be in play?
The list of available housing: UA610 in Annex, apartments L24O, L30L and
L34E in Montrouge. Like the other apartments in Montrouge, they are
furnished, we don't have any photos, the lease is year-round (from
September 1st to August 31st, to be confirmed), and you can see the
plans on the armoire à plans on the intranet (the apartment numbers are
on the plans).
How to register
The best is to register on degette, by doubling your registration with
an email. An email is essential for pairs because the TP code does not
allow them to be formed... *For a pair to be formed, it is necessary
that the 2 members make the request*. Unilateral requests will be ignored.
In any case, *specify your wishes by e-mail and provide us with a
telephone number where you can be reached*.
As a reminder, only people in second year or more can register, the 2020
promotion is not concerned by this TP.
