The General Assembly will begin at 8:00 p.m. in the Bourbaki Room.

The General Assembly will be divided into three parts:

1. Presentation of candidates
2. Proposed amendments to the RI (Internal Rules)
3. Proposal to establish a Special Delegation (Délégation Spéciale) for storage trunks (if approved, a vote on authorisation for immediate entry into office will fllow)

Amendments to the RI (Internal Rules)

Regarding the appendix on special delegations:

• Members of the Special Delegation (DS) are subject, in the same manner as members of the General Delegation, to Article 10 of the RI regarding Operations.
• The Délégation Générale may, to observe and report on their activities and related events, be accompanied by members of the Special Delegation during meetings with the administration.

Regarding the locker appendix:

• The student must pick up the key within one month of the request being accepted; otherwise, the locker will be considered available for reassignment.

Regarding the Appendix for the moderation:

• In article 7, the addition the condition for rejection: the email sent to a widely distributed mailing list does not use inclusive language

Charter of the Special Delegation for storage trunks

Missions:

The Special Delegation assists the Délégation Générale in the following areas:

• Inspections of the storage rooms
• Contacting the owners of objects that are in breach of the regulations in the rooms.

Operations:

• The inventory of the storage rooms will be assigned to them befoire the inspection by a member of the Délégation Générale.
• They will be assigned an email address to contact the owners of items in the storage room to resolve their status.
• The Délégation Générale may involve any member of the Special Delegation in its work, provided that such work relates to the trunks.
• The Special Delegation consists of no more than four students and/or former students, as defined in Article 3 of the RI.
