A new covid-specific set of rules has been adopted by the security service, accordingly with new ministerial recommendations. You’ll find the main changes in this e-mail. Contrarily to what has been said these last weeks, the DG asked that the 4-people limit in the common be erased from the initial project, which the direction accepted, and of which we are glad to inform you about. In lieu, the direction asks you to maintain a 2-meter-distance between each of you when you are using the common spaces. In all cases, the set of rules has normally been pin up in the kitchens.

Face Masks

• The masks, which are mandatory in the kitchens, the corridors and the lavatories, have now to be « category 1 masks » (which means those have to be surgical, industrially made) ; The other types of less efficient masks (handmade or made out of fabric) are forbidden.

Parties

• Parties are forbidden, as well as gatherings after 11pm, even in the kitchens.

Airing

• The common spaces are to bo aired every half hour for a few minutes, or even permanently, if the circumstances allow it. Note that the security service is thinking about putting CO2 sensors in order to have a better visibility on the air purity in given rooms.
