Lockers Appendix

NB: Only the French version of this charter is authentic.

Article 1

The DG can issue locker keys to all students, as outlined by Article 3 of the Internal Regulations. The DG can also issue locker keys to any other person linked to the ENS.

Article 2

Any student wishing to obtain a locker key must fill out the form available on the DG website and return the completed form to the DG. The DG will decide whether or not to issue a key as quickly as possible.

Article 3

Once the request is approved, the student will be given a key in exchange for a security deposit - the rate is set by the DG each year. The deposit will be refunded when the student returns the key, provided they do this within the given time period. If the student loses their key or fails to meet the deadline, the the DG will keep the deposit.

Article 4

The student must come to pick up the key within one month of the request being approved, otherwise the locker will be considered available for reassignment.

Article 5

Students must return their keys before the 30th of June.

Article 6

Locker keys can be used until the end of the academic year in which they were issued. However, if the student's circumstances change, or if the number of people who have requested keys exceeds the number of lockers available, the DG may be required to recall locker keys that have already been issued, notifying the people concerned.
