Special Delegations Appendix (in French: Délégations Spéciales, hereafter DS)

NB: Only the French version of this charter is authentic.

Article 1

In order to support the DG in certain tasks, a DS may be created. Its creation must take place at the General Assembly (in French: Assemblée Générale, herafter AG), and an operational charter must be presented. It is annexed onto the rules of the DG. The members of the DS are then appointed by the DG. A DS is created for an academic year. The possible extension of its activity is voted on at the AG at the start of the next academic year. The DG may, however, create a DS during the school year, with immediate entry into office and a mandate running until the end of the following school year, on condition that an authorisation for immediate entry into office is voted in the AG, separately from the vote to create the DS. If the AG does not intervene, the rules of a DS disappear when the DS ceases its work.

Article 2

The DS has no decision-making power and must report back to the DG with their activities. The DG has veto power.

Article 3

The DS should not be a means for the DG to pass on their obligations. Their purpose is to involve a maximum number of people in the management of daily life.

Article 4

Any individual can become a member of the DS. A year-long manager of the DS is chosen by the DG, in accordance with the DS's suggestion.

Article 5

Members of the DS are subject, in the same manner as members of the DG, to Article 10 of the RI regarding Operations.

Article 6

The DG may be accompanied by members of the Special Delegation during meetings with the administration, to observe and report on their activities and related events.
