Missions:
The Special Delegation assists the Délégation Générale in the following areas:
- Inspections of the storage rooms
- Contacting the owners of objects that are in breach of the regulations in the rooms.
Operations:
- The inventory of the storage rooms will be assigned to them befoire the inspection by a member of the Délégation Générale.
- They will be assigned an email address (dsmalles[at]ens.fr) to contact the owners of items in the storage room to resolve their status.
- The Délégation Générale may involve any member of the Special Delegation in its work, provided that such work relates to the trunks.
- The Special Delegation consists of no more than four students and/or former students, as defined in Article 3 of the RI.
